The lots may be used for building your dream house (which may be used for year-round living or holiday home), realized by the supplier of your choice.

We buy the land and develop appropriate concepts, plans and building programmes. Followed by the subdivision and realisation of infrastructure including roads, drainage systems, water, sewage and public utilities. In the final stage, we introduce our projects to the market and sell our lots as ready-to-build.

Throughout this process we are completely independent. This means that we can bring out the best in each location, without the need to market our own houses or architectural designs. But have an extensive network of resources on hand to assist where necessary, including house manufacturers, builders and other related suppliers.

Not only that, because our company is privately funded, we’re not in any hurry either. We can take our time and develop the projects step by step. Making decisions that go beyond markets and budgets. Focussing on attractive results that will last for years to come, rather than quick sales.
